50 × 150 mm, the heaviest tube in the range
Fixes back to structure on its own hanger, not to a ceiling grid
Air moves through the ceiling zone behind a deep beam line
A long span has to be checked rather than assumed
The largest tube in the range: a hollow wood-plastic ceiling profile at 50 × 150 mm, with a ventilated detail and a face deep enough to read as a genuine beam rather than a batten.
It is specified for large commercial ceilings where the beams are the main feature — atria, halls, transport interiors — and where a shallower tube would look like a detail rather than a structure. The engineering consequence of that size is weight: this is the heaviest section, so it needs its own hanger rather than being carried on a ceiling grid, and the hanger has to be fixed back to structure. That is a structural decision and it needs confirming before the order rather than after. Depth helps stiffness, but at this section the weight rises too, so a long run should not be assumed to span without intermediate support; send the span and we will check it. The ventilated detail matters more here than on a small tube because this section is used where the void is deep and the airflow behind the ceiling is a real requirement rather than a detail.
Send the span, the fixing back to structure and the access method with the enquiry, since all three bear on whether this section is the right one.
A deep beam line at a height where a small tube would disappear
Large public volumes with a deep void that has to breathe
Big ceilings where the beam is the architecture
High spaces where the structure and the ceiling are both visible

Yes. Send the product and the size you are specifying, and we will confirm the sample and the lead time for it.
It is the heaviest tube in the range, so it needs its own hanger rather than hanging from a ceiling grid, and the hanger has to be fixed back to structure. That is a structural decision, not a trim one — confirm it before the order.
Depth helps stiffness, but at this section the weight is also greater. Send the span and the hanger positions you intend to use and we will say whether it works; do not assume a deep tube spans further without checking.
It lets air move through the ceiling zone behind a deep beam line. On a large commercial ceiling the void is bigger and the airflow matters more, so the detail is there because the section is used where the void is deep.
It is the section people choose for one, but an atrium is a wind and access question as well as a ceiling question. Tell us the height and how it will be accessed and we will quote against that.
Final packing, freight and loading plan are confirmed in writing on the order quotation.
