Factory-direct wall, floor and formwork panels · Linyi, China

Solutions

The same panel behaves differently depending on the substrate behind it and the room it sits in. These pages start from the application — what goes where, in what order, and what the inspector will check.

Pick the job, not the product

Each page lists the materials that job needs, the order the work happens on site, and the products we would quote for it.

How we quote

Three things settle the price

Send these and the answer comes back in writing, with the sizes and the standard named — not a range.

  1. 1

    The application and the substrate

Interior or exterior, and what is behind the panel. Cladding fixed flat to a wall behaves differently from a ventilated frame, and the two are not quoted at the same price.

  2. 2

The rating the project has to meet

Fire class, acoustic NRC, emission grade. These narrow the range before price is discussed — quoting a panel that cannot pass the inspection wastes everyone’s week.

  3. 3

    The area and the access

Square metres, storey height, and whether the site can take a 20ft container. That last one decides the loading plan more often than the price does.
