Material solution

Plywood Solutions

One sheet family covering the form face, the structure behind the cladding, the furniture carcass and the export crate. What changes between them is the face grade, the core and the film — not the mill.

1220×2440 mm standard sheet
9–25 mm thickness range
15–25 turns, phenolic faced
E0/E1 emission grades

What it does

Four jobs, one board family

The same mill runs all four. What you are choosing between is the face, the core and whether there is a film on it.

15–25 turns · 18 mm

Formwork face

Film faced sheet behind the concrete. The phenolic film is what lets the sheet lift without the paste bonding to it, and the film is what the reuse count depends on.

Furniture and joinery

Cross-banded veneers give a panel that stays flat and holds a screw at the edge — which is what a carcass actually needs.

Export packing and crating

A structural sheet that has to survive a container and a crane, where cost per square metre matters more than face grade.

Specification

How an order narrows down

Six lines, in the order they actually get decided. Send them and the answer comes back with a price rather than a question.

Line Range What decides it
Thickness 9–25 mm Set by the span and the load, not by preference.
Sheet size 1220 × 2440 mm Standard. Cut to size on request.
Face grade BB/CP or C/C Decides appearance. Does not change strength.
Core Poplar, combic, eucalyptus Decides weight and edge quality.
Emission E0 or E1 (EN 717-1) E1 is the standard interior grade.
Formwork standard EN 13377 Applies to the system the sheet sits in.
