Learn more Fire-rated door skinCorridors and lift lobbies are hard surfaces and reverberate. A rated panel brings the level down before it reaches the room.

Fire rating, wear layer and emission class first. Changing any of them after the floor is laid is the expensive order to change.
Lay the boards in the room for the acclimation period the supplier states before clicking them down.
Measure once and chalk a line. The first row decides whether the last row lands square.
Stagger the end joints between rows. A continuous seam running down a corridor is the first thing a guest notices.
Doing panels before the clean keeps adhesive dust out of the joints.
Fire certificates, test reports and batch records belong in the handover pack.

Technical notes
Hospitality fit-out is a repeatability problem: hundreds of identical rooms, a tight programme, and a specification the operator can afford across the whole estate. Send one room’s detail and we will quote the volume behind it.
We supply to hotel groups and to their contractors. Where the operator specifies a particular finish, we will confirm whether that finish is a stock item or a minimum-order quantity.
Area, substrate, fire rating and target cost are enough for a first answer.
Send drawings or specs — we reply in one business day
