The Linyi Solland WPC Manufacturing Base is our own plant: 20,000 m² in Linyi, Shandong — the board and panel supply chain of China in one industrial town, three hours from Qingdao port.
Twenty production lines and eighty staff cover extrusion, lamination, cutting and packing, and the base has been running since 2003. Design, production and export sit inside one organisation, so the team that confirms your specification is the team that supervises the run.
Annual output runs at roughly 5 million m² across the wall panel, ceiling, flooring and UV board ranges. Because the panels are made here rather than bought in, a change to the section, the colour or the packing is a production decision rather than a negotiation with a third party.

Process
What happens to an order, in order
Four stages, each with a checkpoint. This is the sequence a factory audit walks, so it is the sequence we describe it in.

Raw material intake
Wood flour, calcium and polymer arrive by batch. Each batch is logged before it reaches a line, which is what makes a colour or density complaint traceable later.

Extrusion and lamination
Profiles are extruded to section, then the surface is applied on the same line — lamination, co-extrusion or UV coating. Doing both in-house is what keeps batches matched.

Inspection and testing
Section, length, colour and surface are checked against the order sheet. Panel samples go to SGS for third-party testing; reports are kept with the batch record.

Packing and loading plan
Pallet, film and carton combinations are set against your container type before production starts, so the load is planned rather than fitted on the day.

Our own production base
Cladding and panel lines run at Linyi Solland WPC Manufacturing Base. We are the exporter and the producer, so the same team that signs the order runs the line.
Checked against your spec sheet
Every order is verified against the specification you approved before cutting. Deviations are raised with you before production continues.
Test reports on request
SGS and third-party test reports are available per product and per batch. Ask for the report covering the model you are quoting.
Export packing and loading
Pallet, film and carton combinations are planned against your container type, so the loading plan is agreed before the goods are made.
