Alternating grain gives the panel its stability and its edge strength
Poplar, eucalyptus, combi or birch, depending on the machining
Interior as standard, WBP where the panel may see damp
BB/CP or C/C changes the face, not the strength of the panel
Commercial plywood in 1220 × 2440 mm and 1250 × 2500 mm, from 2 mm to 30 mm, built from cross-laminated veneers around a poplar, eucalyptus, combi or birch core. Face and back can be specified across a wide species range, from okoume and bintangor to oak and walnut.
It is the general-purpose panel for furniture, joinery and construction, and the decisions that matter are the core, the glue line and the face grade. Core decides the weight and how the panel machines; the glue line decides where it can go, and interior grade is fine for a dry room while anything that may see damp — a kitchen carcass, a bathroom unit — needs WBP. The face grade is the one most often misunderstood: BB/CP gives a near-clean face with occasional repairs, C/C allows repairs and knots, and neither changes the strength. A buyer paying for a higher grade expecting a stronger panel has paid for appearance. Where a visible run is specified, keep one species across it, because a species change mid-wall shows even when the grade matches.
Confirm the core, the glue line and the face grade together when ordering, and tell us if the panel has to finish to a precise thickness for a rebate rather than assuming the standard tolerance will hold it.

Flat, consistent sheets for visible panels and hidden structure
Grades used where the panel is part of the load path
A structural panel that survives a container
1 × 20ft container, mixed across products where the mix suits the project. A sample box can be arranged before the first container.
Yes. Send the product and the size you are specifying, and we will confirm the sample and the lead time for it.
No. Grade decides appearance — how much repair, how many knots, how uniform the face is. A BB/CP panel and a C/C panel from the same core and glue line carry the same load. Buyers often pay for grade expecting performance, and it does not work that way.
Where the panel will see damp or repeated humidity. Interior glue is fine for furniture in a dry room; a kitchen carcass, a bathroom unit or anything that may get wet needs WBP, and that decision is cheaper to make at order than to discover later.
Yes, faces can be specified per panel, but keep one species to a visible run. A species change mid-wall is obvious even when the grade matches.
Standard plywood tolerance applies; if the panel has to finish to a precise thickness for a rebate, tell us at enquiry and we will confirm what can be held rather than assume.
Final packing, freight and loading plan are confirmed in writing on the order quotation.
