3D Fluted WPC Wall Panel
- Section 169 × 24 mm, supplied made to order to the wall length
- Fluting Three-dimensional relief cut into the face to the full section depth — not a printed line

169x24mm
| Section | 169 × 24 mm, co-extruded, supplied made to order to the wall length |
|---|---|
| Skin | A separate outer layer bonded during extrusion, not laminated on afterwards |
| Colour | Pigment sits in the skin, so a scuff does not expose a different material |
| Repair | A scratch through the skin cannot be blended invisibly — plan for one panel to come out |
| Limit | Interior wear skin. A facade needs the UV-stabilised version, not this one |
| Standard | SGS tested. CE documentation supplied with EU-bound orders. |
| Maintenance | Wipe clean. No paint or oil finish required. |
The outer layer bonds during extrusion, so it is part of the panel and not a film
Colour sits in the skin, so a scuff does not expose a different material
Skin and core leave the die together, so a long run does not shift shade mid-wall
One panel can come out of the run, which is what a scratched face needs
A wood-plastic composite wall panel, 169 × 24 mm, where a separate outer skin is co-extruded over the core instead of being laminated onto it afterwards. Two materials leave the die at the same time and bond while both are still molten, so the skin becomes part of the panel. The same section family is produced at 154 × 17 mm and 168 × 22 mm.
The point of the skin is that it carries both the pigment and the wear surface. Colour therefore sits in a layer that can take a scuff without exposing a different material underneath, and it stays consistent along a run because skin and core leave the die together. That matters on a long corridor where a colour shift between pallets would be obvious. Panels fix to battens or a flat substrate with the joint closing into the profile, so no fixing shows. It is an interior product: the exterior version uses a UV-stabilised cap, and using the interior panel on a facade is the one substitution that genuinely fails.
Order by the finished wall area and confirm the section at the same time, since the three sizes in the family do not cover the same face width. Request a sample of the actual colour before the run is fixed.
Long runs are where a shade shift between pallets would show, so batch colour hold matters
Surfaces take luggage and trolley contact, and the skin carries colour through a scuff
Cleaned daily and knocked regularly, so the wear layer is what is being bought
A wipe-clean face that holds colour through repeated disinfectant cleaning
1 × 20ft container, mixed across products where the mix suits the project. A sample box can be arranged before the first container.
Yes. Send the product and the size you are specifying, and we will confirm the sample and the lead time for it.
Two materials leave the die together: a core of wood-plastic composite and a thin outer skin. The skin is bonded while both are still molten, so it becomes part of the panel rather than a film stuck to it. That is why the colour sits in a layer that can take a scuff without exposing a different material underneath.
Same construction idea, different skin. The exterior version uses a UV-stabilised cap formulated for sunlight and weather; this one is formulated for interior wear. Putting the interior panel outside is the one substitution that fails, because the skin is not built for UV.
A light scuff usually cleans off. A deep scratch that goes through the skin cannot be blended invisibly, so the panel is replaced — which is why the panels are installed so one can come out without disturbing the run.
It cuts like the standard panel with a fine-tooth blade. Cut with the decorative face up and cap the exposed end, because the cut edge shows the core.
