Three-dimensional relief cut to the section depth, not a printed line
The flutes are open, so dust sits on the high points and wipes out
The relief draws the eye to the ends, so the run is centred rather than edged
Extruded hollow, so it stays straight without a solid backing behind it
This is a hollow wood-plastic composite wall panel with a three-dimensional flute cut into its face. The section is 169 × 24 mm, and the same profile family is also produced at 154 × 17 mm and 168 × 22 mm. The relief is a genuine profile in the extrusion rather than a printed line, which is what separates it from a flat panel with a decorative film.
It goes on interior feature walls where the surface itself is the design: reception backdrops, headboard walls, restaurant partitions. The flute carries the eye along the wall, so it suits a long elevation better than a small return. Panels fix to battens or a flat substrate and the joint closes into the profile, so no fixing shows after installation. Because the fluting stands proud of the joint, the finished wall sits at the depth of the relief and the decoration stops at the skirting line. It is not an exterior product: a facade needs the co-extruded section, where a separate skin carries the colour.
Before ordering, confirm the wall length so the set-out can start from a centre line, and confirm whether the elevation has to meet a different surface at either end. Both decide whether a shadow gap or a trim closes the wall.
The relief reads as a designed wall behind the desk, where a flat panel would look painted
The fluting takes part of the clatter between tables and hides the joint behind the banquette
The channels run vertically behind the bed and give the room a headboard without upholstery
A shallow relief catches shop lighting and pulls the eye into the display from the street

Yes. Send the product and the size you are specifying, and we will confirm the sample and the lead time for it.
The relief is cut into the face to the depth of the section, so the grooves are open channels. On a vertical wall dust settles on the high points and the channels wipe out with a cloth; the detail that traps dust is a narrow closed groove, not an open flute.
Yes, but the fixing pattern changes. On a wall the panel hangs from the groove; overhead it needs a batten at every joint plus mechanical fixing, otherwise the relief works against the clip.
The panel finishes at the depth of the flute, so a 169 mm board covers slightly less than its face width once the joint is closed. Set out from the centre of the elevation and work to the corners rather than the other way round.
Yes, and it reads better with a shadow gap than a flush butt, because the two faces sit at different depths. Choose the transition before tiling or skirting is set out.
